Hello. My account was double charged. There is no contact form for help other than this forum on the website so I did a chargeback through my bank for one of the charges. Windy has now cancelled my yearly subscription. So basically you double charged me and then canceled my service but kept my money. I’d either like a refund or my yearly subscription reinstated.
