Drones and wind forecast

Wondering the best way to find wind/gusts for levels between GL and 400ft AGL for example. The increments I can find are only in thousands of feet. Not that a whole other layer for drone operations wouldn't be useful but wondering if the functionality is already there and I just haven't found it yet? Thanks!
