This does not work. You have to be able to log in to your account. When I log in it says it can't connect and to try later. So what do I do now.

I have been sent some emails that send me to something called Fastspring. There I a suppose to enter a number from an Fastspring email that I have never received. It is very disappointing that I can't get the most basic of help.

I do not get this help. It appears to be a bunch of users trying to figure out how to use Windy.

@dhusouth I can't believe how hard it is to get any help. This help seems to be a bunch of users trying to figure how to use Windy. My renewal is up in a few days. I decided to cancel (they don't care it seems) which is unfortunate because I kind of like using windy.

When I open app it use to just log in. Now it sit for a minute or two then asks me to Login. When I do its says "There is a problem. Please try again later. Works Ok on phone but not on PC.
