Can I see my Premium Account information somewhere?
I cannot find that. I was wondering when I made the purchase and when it will expire? Actually, I can find that on my credit card charges but am wondering how to see that through Windy directly. Also, is Premium an automatic renewal, or will I receive a notice to renew? Thank you.

This is a question, not necessarily a bug. On a Mac, in Safari, when I use the "1h forecast" button, the forecast switches, just as expected, between 1 hour and 3 hour. However, when I use the left and right keyboard cursor keys, the timeline always increments in 1 hour amounts. Is that by design; or can I move in 3 hour blocks by cursor when the forecast is set to 3 hours, that is, when the 1h button is off? Thank you.

@marekd I just noticed this post. I enabled "Graphic compatibility mode". With that, Safari and Firefox are successfully loading on my MacBook.

@marekd @GiantSquid And to emphasize the strangeness.. On Safari and Firefox, if I pause the loading and enter a location manually, the site will work normally. But as soon as I "reload" the page, the same error occurs. But regarding the experience of GiantSquid, Chrome, on my MacBook anyway, still loads and continues to operate normally. Strange.

Hello @korina. Thank you for your reply. Yes, I saw the offline indications in the error message however that does not make sense. As i mentioned, if I pause loading, then manually fill in the search location, then the site will work normally. But if I refresh at that point (after the site is working) I will get the same error. And, at the same time, this is only happening on Safari and Firefox. A Chrome session open at the same time does not exhibit this behavior. So it may think I am offline, there may be some kind of timing issue, but again: I can pause the loading, continue manually, it works, then I immediately refresh the page, and get the same error. And at the same time, Chrome, at the same time is not giving the same error. Yes, I cleared the cache, updated the browser, restarted my computer. Thank you.

Suddenly, both Firefox and Safari will fail after trying to load windy.com. This is new behavior. Chrome is loading successfully. I am using a Macbook. The windy app on my iphone and ipad also load successfully. Further, if I time it correctly, I can stop windy.com loading on Firefox and Safari. At that point, the site (with Firefox or with Safari, on the Macbook) will run normally. But the site will fail to load again as soon as I refresh the page or type windy.com and press enter again. Chrome behaves normally, the iOS and iPad OS apps behave normally. The behavior is limited to Firefox and Safari on the Macbook and started sometime in the last week or so.
