I absolutely hate the new UI on the android app. Why oh why did you have to change it?

Why is the menu button so bulbous and red now? It's ugly.

Why is the weather picker on by default when I click on the widget to access the app? The crosshair is too big and it's a bit unintuitive imho for that mode to be on as soon as you open the app.

Why did you replace the clean, organized list of data views in the menu with big tiles?

What was wrong with the UI as it was? It was totally fine and now it feels clunky and looks bad.

I'm reconsidering my subscription... The old UI was pretty fine (besides the sounding view, but that's a different topic) and the new one feels like a massive step backwards. Please reconsider some of these changes.

A lot of people it seems are upset with the new UI, and you can count me in that group. I'm even more upset with the lack of transparency and seemingly single track mindset of the devs. Why won't you tell us why you made these changes? Why won't you listen to your paying customers and bring the old version back or at least explain why things changed so dramatically so quickly.

I hope devs respond and aren't too chicken to defend their design ideas.

@Ondřej-Šutera Yes, that is how to select it but I am trying to make it larger on screen. In the past you could slide the grey bar (the one above the forecast above Sunday) and expand the view. Now this only pulls up webcam view.

So I still am trying to get used to the new UI. One thing that I haven't figured out is how to expand the airgrams and meteogram forecasts? In the old version I would hit "get forecast for this location", them slide the menu up to make the graphic fill more of the screen. Now, when I drag it up, it just replaces the small forecast graph with a webcam view. This is a bizarre change.

Also the red hamburger menu button is really ugly and disproportionately sized compared to other UI elements. Please reconsider some of these unnecessary changes.
