@ariacad Hello there, I will try to forward this to my colleagues, but I am afraid that we cannot do much with this issue, since it is on the end of Apple. I could recommend using a different platform, our web app in the browser, where we use a different service for purchases.
UPDATE: Unfortunately, I am right about the Apple issue. As I mentioned, I would offer you a different platform on windy.com/subscription. We use Paddle as the purchase service there.
