Thanks. There is a wind anemometer on Nitinaht lake nearby and it reports similar discrepancies as your various forecast models do. I checked all the models and they don't account for convective wind nor terrain at all. This is a feature advertised with Premium. How can we consistently see 18 kt winds on any sunny day on that lake yet the models report 1 to 5 kts.

My question then is how do I cancel and get a refund on my premium subscription.

I just purchased the premium version to have access to the detailed data models for my area. I live on a lake in a mountainous area in western Canada so got the premium to account for the terrain.

It's all BS.

If it is sunny and warm, we consistently get 8 to 10 kts of wind down the lake. Direction is within 10 degrees. The 'detailed' forecasts however show 1 to 5 kts with variations in direction of 90 degrees. The basic model predicts 5.kts gusting to 20 but while it is the closest, it is still not accurate enough to use.

Very disappointed in this app. Recommend. sticking with the basic version and using your wetted finger.....
