@triggernometry agree, this is kind of an awkward expression, maybe replace it with:
"Our support team members are ready to help during office hours 0900-1700 CET Mon-Fri*

This is a really cool addition and also very helpful for us in Australia too! we get lots of droughts and it's really helpful being able to see the soil moisture levels in various places.
@johanlinner there was an error in updating forecast models. It seems to have taken a few hours to get it back across world wide servers. It's working correctly for me in Australia at the moment.
@liam-pankhurst Would like to see this too!
Just wondering why the the open oceans often have relatively high P2.5 concentrations compared with the land? is it just sea salt or something?
@auweatherwatcher @Suty it's all working nicely with the new iOS version thanks again!
I just noticed this too! This is so good to see! I notice that it uses 12km resolution similar to ICON which I have found a little better model forecast for Australia compared with ECMWF 9km.
Just noticed this giant circle of rain on the weather radar in Australia. Not seen something like this before and it's not a tropical cyclone
@Suty thanks for that! I'll check out the newer version soon
It would be quite nice to get some frost predictions, similar to fog predictions. If it is possible.

@auweatherwatcher also this screenshot when I first open it. It seems to just not initially load a small section where I am may be
@Suty Using Safari on iOS it loads up straight away.
on iOS it loads the coloured wind map when I tap on a favourite or the get location button at the top right. The coloured wind maps remain and refresh like normal when the app has been open, so it's not too bad. I did notice that the coloured map did show up for a moment on first start very briefly and then it disappeared. Ah then I put the iPad down it went to landscape orientation and it showed the coloured wind map. I got a screenshot here
@Suty version 45.0.6. No VPN. It 'feels' more like a webkit on iOS rendering issue that it doesn't load the coloured layer initially but then 'picks' it up when zooming in a bit. This doesn't happen on the website using Safari. it's all good there.
For some reason there is no default wind map starting on iOS, but it only appears when zooming in. The iOS app on both iPhone and iPad shows like this:
@Suty The update has fixed this nicely, Thank you!
Yeah I have a similar issue when I upgraded to a new iPad Mini with iOS18.1.1. It's only the weather radar widgets not showing up. Hopefully when they do an update along with new 1.5km models for Australia it will get included.
@Ondřej-Šutera That you for this clarification. Also is there an indication when the data was last updated like previously?
edit: found it Provisional Geostationary Active Fire Detections AHI (Himawari-8)3 CAMS/IPMA 2km sub-satellite2 ~30 mins (Australia-Asia)
scrolled down this page https://www.earthdata.nasa.gov/faq/firms-faq
This seems consistent with reports of an out of control fire near Cessnock NSW
I was confused by this also. But I found that if you use the picker over the fire point it gives some value but in MW? I'm confused as the info box says it is W/m^2
