@aylaphun To clarify your demand, I guess you refer to polar coordinates of wind vector (speed, direction). But in the Alert wind speed and wind direction should be 2 separate conditions. More simpler I imagine you just want the wind direction condition to be expressed in degrees instead of in cardinal directions (N, NE, E, SE…) However I don't think it would be possible to specify the direction to the nearest degree if that's what you wanted.
