I think the Rayong Radar (Sattahip) is no longer in service. There's another radar in Rayong, Pluak-Daeng, but I don't think Windy is displaying data from this radar yet.

There's another radar call Pluakdaeng, it's in the same province as Satthahip radar (Rayong province)... https://file.royalrain.go.th/opendata/radar_data/cappi/?station=pluakdaeng
I think the Satthahip radar is no longer in service.

I hope Windy implements this radar data soon!
