Ahh. That may be the reason. I didnt realize it was an AND. So can I set one for each essentially making it an OR?

Is there a way to get national weather alerts? On going notification?

I am having a hard time getting any notifications to work. I have upgraded to premium and followed the instructions for the alerts. I cant get any notifications on my phone when the conditions are met. Case in point, I had 40MPH winds and a weather advisory in place yesterday and I was not notified. I basically set all the atmospheric conditions to notify me on any weather event. But I am getting none.

Also is there no ongoing notification option? I have to roll back to shadow weather to get this in place.
