It's nearly 48 hours, and the weather radar is still unavilable.

Hello, once again, for Cambodia and Vietnam, the weather radar has been inavilable. What's the reason? When can it be resolved?

@ncg550pilot Luckily the weather radar has just returned! The disappointment was that no one at Wibdy responded. We had to wait 24 hours until this morning for it to return.

Why is the weather radar in Asia broken again today?! Please return the satellite image ASAP!

Hello, so since early today, after continuous rain, the radar for my location (Ho Chi Minh Ciy and nearby locations has been bugged out like this. Is it another 3rd-4th radar outage in just few months with the provider?

@เก-ยรต-ยศ-โกป-ยน-นท Yep. Poor Philliphines. Still not covered by windy radar. The radar image in Vietnam has sadly been lagged after this outage.

Thanks for the update. However, the local Vietnamese radar is still lagged and abit delayed. I think it is because the radar data isnt completedly recovered yet. It is currently 18:56 and the radar image has been the same since 18:15.

Hey, its nearly Sunday now in Asia, so the radar has been offline now for 15 hours. When would it be normal again?

Its terrible to see an outage. But latest information shows the whole Asia is off support. Hopefully the radar is back online soon and not further delayed.

Hello, since this morning, or last night, I have noticed that the weather radar for Asia and other continenets have been offline. Im wondering when would the radar be able to reappear online again? As its rain season here in Vietnam and its important to see the weather radar every morning.

Would Windy check with the South Vietnam radar operator over the issue? Its nearly been 15 days now.

@idefix37 Yep. So here is another example today. This radar map for my location has been continueing since 14:10 PM, and during the duration, it hasnt changed, while its another storm day, and this makes it have 0% accuracy for me to see where is the storm located.

So to this date, I think its a direct issue with Windy's South Vietnam radar provider. As radars only updates every around 4-6 hours, which is extremely unconvient for me located in the Vietnam rainy season.

Hopefully this issue doesnt continues to Sep 21, or else it would be 1 month period.

@idefix37 Thanks for the update. To answer your question, before August 19, the Ho Chi Minh City weather radar was well-updated every 5-10 minutes, which gives a smooth and clear weather radar. However, since August 20, the radar here in South Vietnam has been continuosly in stripes. Im not sure of the Vietnamese radar source for windy. However, this is the link to Vietnam's national weather forecasting center. Best wishes Windy could be intouch with the Southern Vietnam radar provider over this issue.

Its the 10th day. Still the radar is bugged and wont function properly. :(
