1-) This central district is name is not Nicomedia. Name is İzmit (in Kocaeli). Nicamedia very old name maybe at Roman Empire's times. Iam not sure..

izmit/KOCAELİ in TÜRKİYE------this city is name KOCAELİ and central district İZMİT NOT NİCOMEDİA...(it was so very old :D) If you name it here, say costantinopoli from Istanbul :D:DD:d.D
