WHY does this "administrator" response indicate a date from April 2020!??
Further, as this issue has now persisted more than 24 hours (and +12 since the last administration acknowledgement), an official follow up response to provide an update on the cause of this ongoing system delay (and address this date discrepancy) would be much appreciated. Thank you!
