I also mistakenly subscribed to Windy.app on my phone, thinking it was Windy.Com. I have requested a refund through the google app store. If I get my refund I will subscribe to Windy.Com. The Windy.App is a competitor to Windy.Com and IMO using deceptive business practices to gain sunscribers.
