Hi, I have had a subscription for a while and the latest payment came out a couple of months ago for my yearly subscription, yet the app constantly tells me that Im a Non Pro user , so I click on the app button and it flashes up then goes away in an instant. I believe I am a pro user already.
ALSO
The light wind was noted in green, now its noted in blue, why, why change it I was used to the old colors and the changes are not helpful.
Im very annoyed by this!!

Please offer assistance and contact me urgently to offer a solution.
