Is there a way to create an hr by hr accumulation of snowfall for a 24hr period for the NAM/EURO/GFS? Or to just create seperate 24hr periods of NEW Snowfall for each model instead of total accumulations for 1/2/3/5 days?

Is there a way I can change the NWS weather advisory colors? They are wrong for the US. I don't see a way to modify them.
