Can the Radar show Rain the the colors of green, yellow, red, etc
and show Snow in the colors of blue, white.
More like what many are accustomed to in weather radars.
Maybe I've missed how to do this but the radar does not seem to differentiate between rain / snow.

Love Windy.com on iPhone and laptop.
Trying to use on Firetv via the Silk Browser.
You can go to windy.com and it shows BUT...
no Zoom (+ / -), no triple horizontal "menu" on upper right,
does not pan the map when you hit the edge up/down, left/fight.
actually no panning at all, cannot see "more layers" only what shows on the screen, etc
Does anyone know a solution??
I see that double clicking on the Fire remote center button on HOME icon does Zoom in but then no Zoom out.
It sure would be nice to have an app/apk or at least some tricks to make it work on streaming devices.
It acts exactlly the same way using the Firefox browser on the Firetv, Fire stick.

Now working again on Firefox

For the last few days Windy crashes in Firefox 65.0, 64-bit
Looks like there was a Firefox update Jan.29th
The screen loads partially then freezes, sometimes I get the TAB CRASHED message for Firefox.
I just rebooted my laptop and it still freezes, crashes.
It works in IE, which I am using now.

Yes. From satellite I'm sure.
The local weathercast usually shows
a water vapor loop similar to the radar loop.
not sure of the altitude of the WV loop.
Hurricanes weaken or die when entering dry air,
You can wee what they are headed into...
and start worrying or not!

How about a Water Vapor layer.
Usually shows Orange for dry and green for humid.
I live in Louisiana and during hurricane season this is an important piece of info.
