We have the option of 3/6/9/12 seconds or always on. Add the option of always off.

Please allow us to completely disable the weather picker on the Android app.

As the title says. It's just so annoying. Please not after 6/9/12 seconds, or permanently on. Just the option to permanently switch it off.
