I have currently setup a system where we track vessels in the Indian / Atlantic Ocean, I was wondering if its possible to be able to add the Windyty as a basemap so that we can view our vessels overlayed. currently using ArcServer / desktop / viewer 10.3.1 and will be upgrading to 10.4.1 soon.
