It’s not possible to get windy.com via Iridium or Iridium Go. You need a broadband internet connection that Iridium cannot provide, nor the other satellite phones:

These satellite phones are low bandwidth devices which allow only to receive GRIB files for weather forecast in addition to calls, sms, email, but no normal internet connection. But Windy cannot deliver GRIB files:
