Is there a fix to this issue? My app has not been working for at least the last month and I want a refund if its not resolved soon.

Active Paid Windy subscription via Apple
iPhone 16 Pro
iOS version 18.7.2

Windy app version 47.020122

I would appreciate an update before I submit a cancellation and refund.

I also just turned off the Beta updates and updated to IOS18.7.2 on my iPhone 16 Pro and the screen on my windy app is no longer gray and is working as expected.

If anyone else has been having issues with the Windy app not working on their iPhone or only shows a gray screen. This is what worked for me on my iPhone 16 pro.

Make sure all your apps are OFF including your Windy app and go to Settings / General /Software Update to make sure "Beta Updates" is NOT turned ON. If it is, turn it OFF and it will prompt you to updated to iOS18.7.2 or the latest iOS version and when the update completes and the phone restarts just restart the app and it should work.
