Hi, I have subscription for Windy and my annual payment is due on 25th September this year. However, the Windy app does not seem to be working as before. I used to get hourly updates but now only 3 hourly. Is there something wrong with my app?
I really appreciate Windy because it's important for me to know weather updates as I'm in the plantation industry. Please let me know what is wrong with the app.
