Is there a way to see if the weather radar being displayed is in clear air or precipitation mode?

Hi, I've been using the satellite layer much more over the past few months (specifically in Sweden) and noticed the data updates almost every minute. I'm curious where I can see info on which satellites are used to provide the satellite images?

I can't find a key on the site for different products (ie. the cloud layer). Where should I look? For example I'm trying to find out what the blue crosshatched area represents and what the yellowish shading means.
