Tried to access the one hour forecasts on my Kindle Fire and they are not appearing. Any insights into this issue? Yes, I'm a subscriber.

Why is it, when I view the map, the temperature comes in several degrees higher than the forecast for the same time? 2-3 hours out, the map shows mid to upper 90's and the forecast doesn't get out of the 80's...which we know, in South Texas, in July, the temperature is not in the 80's at 2:00 - 3:00 in the afternoon. The map seems closer to the real temps, the forecast not so much...why is this? Should not the forecast be very close to the actual temperature in real time?
