      In the layers list has No " Rain, thunder [ rainClouds] ".
      But it has only "Rain, thunder[rain].
      How do I choose " Rain, thunder [rainClouds] from the layers?

      Can we use these two tools at a time?
      when standing Low clouds, wind stands at surface NOT at 700 hPa.
