Modify layer option not in setup menu.

after upgrading to new s10 plus I am unable to access the modify layers menu. Not sure if it's a bug or something I am doing incorrectly. Also bring back 3D GLOBE.... thanks for your assistance and keep up the awesome work you do on this app.
