How do I transfer my premium subscription from Google Play to Apple App Store?

Hello,

This week I transitioned from an Android phone to an iOS and I am trying to figure out how to transition my windy premium account from the old phone to the new phone. On the iOS phone, I have tried to log into both my Google and my Apple accounts for windy.com, but it does not pull the premium account through to the iOS phone.

Anyone have any ideas?
