The output refreshes every 5 minutes with the request has the timestamp on its query string

@Ondřej-Šutera So here is the page from the Israeli Meteorological Center, I'm looking into the website API to find the endpoint to the set of PNGs, which I guess is what's provided.

@Ondřej-Šutera Israel rain radar is back on-line since a couple of days ago, and we're having some amazing storms here. What does it take to bring it back to your global array ?
