@Suty sorry for the continued posting on the thread. I did go through the apple refund process just now so the refund request is pending if you cannot see it on your end I might have to go through apple.

@Suty i also have a receipt for proof if you need me to send that anywhere

@Suty i cannot seem to attach a photo of my account info. I did the subscription thru the Apple App store

@Suty I just checked on my iphone app it is connected to my pix4d.com email account (daniel.milbrath@pix4d.com) It says Pro version unlocked on the app.

Forgot to drop subscription unfortunately, is there any way for a refund? I already canceled but no option to refer to support or IT to possibly request or push through a refund request. Thanks
