      I have tried several options through this forum to gain access to my premium subscription but I still cannot use the premium features and it just asks to resubscribe. Restore purchases does not work , neither does trying to link apple account with web login. Please either reset my account so i can gain access to the premium features or refund me the subscription. If i do not get a response then i will take it up with credit card company to process a claim as I have not received the services I have paid for.

      @idefix37 I have tried linking my apple account with my windy account from a web-browser but it does not connect. I have tried deleting and reloading the app on my iPhone but still no access to premium subscription.

      I subscribed through the app on my iphone but do not get the premium features. I have logged out and logged in again on the app, tried logging in on a web browser and linking apple account to windy account, but still no access. There also seems to be no easy access to a help number/email or 'contact us' which is very frustrating as a user.
