@idefix37 The computer happens to be in Georgia on a local provider network, but the computer is also set to UTC. Since I don't usually look too far, I don't know if looking at Washington, D.C. will show a different local time than looking at Washington state.
That said, I noticed time inaccuracies in Google Voice in my browser, too, although Google Calendar appeared unaffected. This seems (searched "why does chrome have wrong time zone" for future victims) to be a not-uncommon Chrome browser problem, and resetting my time zone in Windows Settings appears to have taken care of the problem (although now everything is in UTC and I see no EDT, but I can live with that). Looks like Windy was an innocent bystander :-)
