Hi, i now we cant use windy layers for arcgis, but maybe someone can help me, pls :).

In my case, im trying to create a flood risk map base on TWI (topographic wetness index) and combine it with another layers like precipitation.
On arcgis online atlas layers, isnt any precipitation layer and the prediction method is not what we are looking for.

So, ¿can i use any of this layers from their original source? like NOAA or something like that.
or ¿what you recommend me to use for this case?

Im working on a work from my university, the topic is "Big Data on Hidrology" but i want put a intro about big data on this famous application. For example, the application need huge volumes of data from differents sources (Like ESA, NOAA, etc) and Windy need process all this information and futhermore calculate predictions around all globe, and it changes constantly. I think this needs a strong AI and, at least, the three Vs of big data.

So, if someone knows a document or page where mentions explicitly, please share it.
Or im i wrong with the big data on windy?
