@petra-pik Good Morning. It was that I didn't enjoy your app and its features. I was on a boat journey when I subscribed and that is completed. I do not require the Premium services any longer. The Auto Renewal gotcha is what really turned me off the service, not your product. No notification to reconsider, a year after I subscribed.

Auto Renewal Cancellation
I noticed through my credit card company, your application auto renewed my subscription without my knowledge. I cannot see in your app or webpage how to deselect this? I would like to cancel this feature and have my money refunded. You can cancel my Premium Service once I receive my refund.
Could you please advise when this is actioned.
