I have just renewed my Windy Premium account, i paid on my desktop computer

This works fine for the updated Premium account but does not show Premium on my phone?
Also, will not allow me to log in on my phone

Please help

@Suty Hi , Yes i have the App on my phone and desktop (red logo)
Was working fine on my phone and desktop, then re paid for Premium now only works properly on my desktop
My phone won't allow me to log in and doesn't acknowledge my Premium account and now my phone has now wind color showing only a grey blank screen ??

I have re paid and updated my Windy Premium for my desktop and app
Premium is showing on my desktop but not my Samsung phone App
Please assist how to bring it onto my phone ??
