And with the regular annual subscription, ¿Is it possible to cancel my subscription whenever i want?

Hi,

I am looking for paying for the premium subscription but i have one question: what are the differences between the two premium fees (18,99€ and 29,99€). ¿The first one (18,99€) is only till the end of this year (2023) since i make the purchase? ¿Do both fees automatically renew on the date i make the purchase every year?
