Hi all,

I have an idea for the Windy usage in the car that could be useful, also fun to have.
Not sure how to implement or anything but the idea is to have a live update on the weather when the user is traveling across the highway or some local road, Windy can notify (audibly also because of the safety reasons) on the car screen (head-up-display, virtual cockpit or central unit) about the severe weather, possible rain, winter conditions, possible duration of the precipitation via radar or satellite ahead.

Might be an idea that was already suggested, but wanted to share it with you.

Hi,

Today, a new radar is active on the Croatian coast, it covers the north, middle, and parts of the south Dalmatia. The information is available publicly by DHMZ (Državni Hidrometeorološki Zavod, Croatian Meteorological and Hydrological Service).
The radar is named MRC Debeljak
The composite is here

It would be great if you can integrate it into Windy :)

EDIT: For some reason, I can't put the "&" sign into a link so it won't load, manually add the "&" between "mjerenja" and "param".

Hi I noticed that the satellite image is not showing across the Europe. Is that a bug?

@Ondřej-Šutera Hi, yeah, for example, you are on the radar or satellite, select some camera and tap on the camera image, when I tap "back" I will get a blank map and I have to tap again on the radar, satellite.

When I use the radar image and click on the webcam photo for a bigger picture, pressing "back" button to go back to radar shows empty map. Please refer to a video attached to this post.
