Don't know if it will help you, but I had the same problem. I am running Chrome as my browser. Unrelatedly, I noticed that 'Hardware Acceleration' had mysteriously gotten toggled ON in my Chrome Browser settings. When I turned it off, the particle animation magically re appeared.

Don't know why or how, but I noticed that the "Hardware Acceleration" was toggled on in my Chrome Browser settings. When I turned it off, the windy particles magically appeared. Mystified.

@gkikas-lgpz Thanks for the reply. Yes, I've toggled the Particles Animation link on and off several times and reloaded the site. It didn't do anything.

Been using Windy fo a while. One of the best features was the particle animation. I can't get it to display all of a sudden. I've been through the settings, etc. but I can't get it to work.
