    • Significant Difference From US NWS Forecast Highs (NAM & GFS)

Hello there, I find Windy to be an excellent weather app but I am finding in the last 6 months that it consistently predicts daily highs about 3°F to 5° lower than the NWS when I am using the NAM Model. It is 5°F to 7°F using the GFS Model. I am using the same specifically mapped area in the model in Tucson, AZ for both the NWS and Windy. Any ideas why the difference please? Windy has a lot of wonderful features very well presented and a very quick website. However on a 110° degree day high temperature forecasts can be critical.

    • Climate Change GIF

I am studying climate change and wonder if Windy staff can produce a GIF for me? It would be very helpful to see the growth of the CO concentration over the last 100 years...or however far back you can find data? I could use this in climate change education efforts to help people visualize how the problem is growing. Thank you and your team very much for developing and growing your site. It is quite an amazing tool that I use and learn from daily.
