Is it possible to change the update hours for ECMWF? For my account I have now the update hours 10:00 and 22:00.
Keeping the actual interval of 12 hours, I would like to have the following update hours: 4:00 and 16:00.
How can I do that?

If there is rain in the Meteogram at 4AM, does it mean it will rain from 1AM to 4AM, from 2:30AM to 5:30AM or from 4AM to 7AM? Thank You!

@idefix37 Thank You! But HOW is it measured? If I choose a point with geographic coordinates in the mountain zone it shows me a snow depth. HOW is this value measured or computed?

I was wondering how is snow depth measured and how accurate are the values?
