Hello,
We are in need of refreshing our current professional license API key. We have a host of clients that are currently using our API key, but don't need to be any longer. We need to disable their access and create a new API key under our professional account.
Very similar to the request in this thread.

My organization recently purchased a premium subscription for your service in order to use it on a web application that serves fire fighters in the US and Canada. We were very happy with the product until we noticed that upon switching from the embedded widget to the paid premium service, we no longer had access to the radar and radar satellite overlays.
After digging through this community forum, I've discovered several unhelpful replies in threads of people dealing with the same issue. Such as the following:

Radar overlay is missing in API4
radarYou advertise clearly in the following screenshot that we can use any windy feature we'd like.
It's also very clear from your main website at windy.com that there is an available radar and satellite overlay.
All this being said, we expected to have access to all overlays, especially the very first one listed on your main website / product demo, and only after subscribing discover that it's not available for some reason.
We'd like to continue to use your product, but if we're not able to access this specific overlay, we will not be able to continue to do business with your organization.
If you are unwilling to provide us with access to the radar and radar satellite overlays that are so prominently displayed, then we demand a full refund of our purchase.
In the event a refund is not issued, we will pursue a charge back with our credit card company and will warn others of the, frankly, deceptive advertising practices utilized on your website.
