I didn't find any previous topics regarding turning off lightning/sound in weather radar as default. I run Windy as URL wallpaper, and when woken from sleep mode in Windows 10, the switches are on again, not off.

I also had to post this using Vivaldi browser as Chrome removes connection to Windy community for some reason. A box appears over community page saying connection has been lost and Windy is trying to reconnect, which never happens.
