@idefix37 The app stopped notifying me when bad weather is approaching... However, the others still do. Since the last Windy update, it doesn't notify me at all.

My storm alerts haven't been coming through since the last app update. I need someone to help me or give me my money back, because the app isn't working for me, unlike others. I recently renewed my annual subscription, but I already did what they told me here and they haven't written to me again. I would appreciate it if you could provide a solution to this.

@idefix37 I live in Panama, Central America, and the blue bell icon isn't available in the option I selected. Our government just issued an alert about an approaching tropical wave. I was able to receive this notification in my other two apps, but not in Windy. It's causing me a lot of problems, and it used to notify me constantly, but it doesn't anymore.

@idefix37 Thank you for your recommendations. I've checked everything and it's fine, I don't know what the problem is. I only activated the option where the bell does not activate.Additionally, the normal notifications that the application provides stopped working. I would appreciate it if someone could help me with these problems.

In fact, I had used it before and received state notifications regarding prevention alerts, but it doesn't work when a storm is coming. In the general settings I have everything configured correctly, but it still doesn't work. I would appreciate any help you can give me.
