These are links from only 3 of 30 (!) pages of search results for "deafult" (not all concerning the default view to be fair, though). If that doesn't show that the users of this app would greately appreciate this feature , I don't know what is.

Quite recently webcams were intergrated into Windy, which is great.

What's not so great in my opinion is how it was integrated into the browser version. When I open any webcam the layer gets switched to webcam and saved in some kind of cookie setting. What that means for me? The windy opened in the other tab switches from temperature to webcam layer too! It would be much better for me if this setting was in http GET request making it specific to a single window, not a whole browser.

Is it possible to permanently set default mode in Android app? In web browser Windy shows "Clouds" mode which I chose, because it is most useful for me. I would like to have the same situation in Android app, but by default it shows "Wind" instead and I have to switch it to "Clouds" nearly every time.
