@erichbonvicini These arrows are not offered in Windy.com app, since we offer an animation and possibility to move the timeline and get this information this way.
Hi @erichbonvicini, thank You for reporting the issue. There has been a data source in Sao Paulo area that was updating only once every cca 60 minutes. It is now disabled and this issue should not happen anymore.
