Reliable "Current conditions" you can have only from reports from meteo. stations (mainly airports). All the other data are from forecast models.
A good aproximation for what you want, is by putting the time slide bar to actual time (the orange indicator). So, you'll have the conditions for "now" as they forecasted a few hours ago. All of us must keep in mind that what we see at "windy" are forecasted data from weather models.
