I have paid for premium in January but when I try to log in it tells me "We didn't find any purchases to restore" can you help me with this?

Hi, I purchased Premium on my old phone and when I try to restore the purchases on my new phone it tells me "we didn't find any purchases to restore" I was logged in at the time. Can you please help me?? Garry
