You have made a great product. With your app and website becoming more and more popular, it is only a matter of time before TWC (or some other incompetent) comes knocking on your door with "an offer you cannot refuse". You will be tempted. Please don't give in!
Your company needs aside, I think you now have a responsibility with the people of the world who need a dependable and useable source of data.

A couple of years ago TWC bought WU and completely trashed their products. The interface of the Store app was impecable. They changed it for something slow, confusing and convoluted. The ratings after the change went from 4.8 to 3.2. Years later it is still not the same.

The whole worldwide community of serious WX data consumers thanks you in advance.

I too would stay away from TWC.
They have nice corp vision statements, but have the ability to destroy what they touch.
Look at the Storm app from WU. It was the best thing our there in therms of basic forecasting app with the best possible interface. TWC bough it and destroyed it.

Re: Average temperature

Picking this back up.
It would be GREAT to have a monthly average temperature map. Also precipitation.
Then, the possibility to display the monthly average historically year per year 😬

I know it's been a while, but could not agree more.
Storm was my go to app for simple weather. TWC ruined it. Still today, after lots fo feedback and many updates, it is still inferior to the original product.

I would love for Windy to make their own version of what WU had done with Storm as an "essentials" alternative.
I love what you can do with Windy. I would change very little of it.
For for routine WX checks, a Storm alternative would rock...
