Keep also in mind that this is not because a cloud has its top high that it is necessary a convective cloud (such as a cumulonimbus).
A good example is a cirrus : top of this cloud will be high but not convective and dangerous at all
Checking the airgram is not of a great interest I guess for you as pilot as it is focus on one location but in combination of the map you are using (top and base cloud), you could also check the cloud maps, low, medium and high to give you an idea about nebulosity and better understand the situation.
