Oh, I thought it was "OR" situation not "AND". Is there a way to set up alerts for specific wind conditions and rain amount separately?

yes I have set several parameters such as wind and rain as low as I could. Still no notifications arrived.

Greetings, I am not sure if this is a premium feature only? But I set up notifications for my location for things such as rain and wind alerts. However, I never receive any notifications. It has been like this for ages on my old phone, and now on new one same issue persists.
